Guerrilla Cuisine is an experiement in collaborative dining. We bring together the hottest chefs, the sexiest farmers and the coolest art to bring you a unique culinary experience.

If you haven’t been to a Guerrilla Cuisine we’d love for you to come. If you have been to one we’d like to hear from you.

Guerrilla Cuisine is not for everybody. It is an experiment in the social, culinary and artistic.

• You make a paid reservation. This is also your chance to tell us about yourself and any dietary restrictions. Yes we have a veggie option! No we won't try and poison you with whatever you may be allergic to. For real though, don't be a pain in the ass. We'll do our best, but in some cases requests can't be met and we'll refund your payment and still respect you in the morning.
• We send you a confirmation email. Make sure to check your SPAM filter! This just confirms the payment went through and we have contact info for you. This is important so we can tell you about the next step or answer any questions you might have.
• Now the big one. 24-48 Hours before the event we will disclose the location and email you directions. We give you a general idea of where it is up front, but the exact location is only available to paid guests and only available at the time stated.
• You must cancel within 48 hours of the event to get a refund. If something crazy happens (We've heard some crazy $hatt) we will work with you, but please don't just stand us up.

If you haven't been to one, you should come. If you have been to one then you know. Each event is a singular experience, like delicious snowflakes.
