Not to long ago Guerrilla Cuisine did a "Flavor Tripping" dinner in Charleston. Now we are working on putting together a dinner with Chicago chef Homaro Cantu.
Homaro Cantu is a chef, artist and food innovator and we're really excited to be planning this flavor tripping dinner with him and his team at ING restaurant in Chicago. Check out Homaro's TEDx video with Ben Roche as they talk about food replication, the benefits of food recontextualization, and lead the audience through a "flavor-tripping" experience.
